The committees will hear discussion by various agencies and associations concerning the recent federal proposal by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to designate more than 40% of Arkansas as critical habitat for the Neosho Mucket and Rabbitsfoot Mussel, fresh-water mussels listed as Endangered and Threatened species.
