Accordingly, the outcome of the 2018 public consultation process and review will be presented at the Municipal District Meeting for the Members consideration. The Council Executive are seeking the Members to adopt the Special Speed Limit bye-laws. Appended to this report is a summation of the submissions received during the public consultation process and from the previous briefings with Elected Members arising on both national and non-national roads.
