As of the Effective Date, the Balancing Authority Area Operator is the Transmission Provider. 1.13 “Billing Period” is defined in Section 7.2.1. 1.14 “Business Day” means any day other than Saturday, Sunday and any day that is a holiday observed by Buyer. 1.15 “Buyer” is defined in the preamble of this Agreement and includes
