This Notice may be cited as the Local Government Association of Queensland (Incorporated) (Amendment of Rules) Notice (No. 1) 2005. Commencement 2. This Notice commences on the day it is published in the Government Gazette. Approval 3. Under Section 1195 of the Local Government Act 1993, the amendments made by the Local Government Association of Queensland (Incorporated) on 30 August 2005 to the Local Government Association of Queensland Incorporated Rules are approved.
