In the framework of “Supporting the Greek Authorities in Managing the National Reception System for Asylum Seekers and Vulnerable Migrants (SMS)”, The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) intends to invite interested Contractors to bid for Construction Works for creation of perimeter fences at Malakasa, Ritsona, Polykastro and Diavata Accommodation centers. LOT ACCOMMODATION LOCATION WORK CENTER 1 Malakasa I Malakasa,Attica, Central Perimeter Greece fencing 2 Ritsona Ritsona-Evoia, Central Perimeter Greece fencing 3 Polykastro Polukastro-Kilkis, Central Perimeter Macedonia fencing 4 Diavata Diavata-Thessaloniki, Perimeter Central Macedonia fencing Interested bidders may request the complete set of Bidding Documents and its annexes from the following email: [email protected]. The tender constitutes four separate lots. Interested bidders may submit bid for one (1) or more lots. The evaluation and award of contract will be conducted per lot and is subject to funds availability. Bids must be delivered by hand or through courier mail to IOM Office in Greece, 7 Meg. Alexandrou str, 16452 Argiroupoli, Attica on or before 26th January 2021 at 14:00 hrs. No late proposal shall be accepted. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids shall remain valid for ninety (90) days after the submission date of bids and shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount not less than 2% of the total net bid amount in the form of a bank guarantee, bank draft, letter of credit, or a certified check from a reputable banking institution. Bidding procedure will be conducted based on the rules of the International Organization for Migration. IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected Bidder/s of the ground for IOM action.
