Previous meetings • Anji beat Young Boys 2-0 in Moscow on matchday two in what was their first game against Swiss opponents. Cameroon forward Samuel Eto'o struck twice in the second half to down the Swiss visitors, who had appeared the more likely to score in the first hour. • Young Boys were eliminated from the 2010/11 UEFA Europa League round of 32 by FC Zenit St Petersburg in their only previous tie against Russian opponents, winning 2-1 in Berne but going down 3-1 at the Petrovsky Stadium.
