ORDER Sri MOHD MASOOD KHURRAM has filed 2nd appeal on 24-06-2019 which was received by this Commission on 06-07-2019 for not getting the information sought by him from the Public Information Officer/ O/o the District Collector & Magistrate, Lakdikapul, Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy District and the First Appellate Authority/ O/o District Collector & Magistrate, Lakdikapul, Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy District. Nil-03-2019 transferred the application U/s 6 (3) to the Public Information Officers O/o the Tahsildar Rajendra Nagar (M) and Gandipet (M) Ranga Reddy District by marking a copy to the Appellant. Stating that he did not get any response from the Public Information Officer, he filed 1st appeal dated 24-04-2019 before the First Appellate Authority u/s 19(1) of the RTI Act, 2005 requesting him to furnish the information sought by him. Stating that the appellant did not get any response from the Public Information Officer / First Appellate Authority, he preferred this 2nd appeal before this Commission u/s 19(3) of the RTI Act, 2005 requesting to arrange to furnish the information sought by him. Basing on the material papers available on record, the appeal is taken on file. In view of the spread of Covid-19 Pandemic, the case is heard over phone on 07.12.2020 with prior intimation to the concerned parties. Sri Mohd. Masood Khurram the appellant and Sri Raju, Public Information Officer/ O/o the Dy. Tahsildar, Rajendranagar Mandal responded to the phone call. The Appellant submitted that no information was furnished by the Public Information Officer. The Public Information Officer also submitted that no information was furnished andTSIC requested time for furnishing the information. Therefore, the Commission directs the Public Information Officer to furnish the complete information to the Appellant within (7) days from the date of receipt of this order through Registered Post with Acknowledgement Due under intimation to this Commission. With the above direction, the appeal is closed.
