As an Internee, I joined NANF enterprises. Along with the book knowledge, practical know how of different things is also very crucial part of learning. The difference between success and a failure can be the difference between formation and information. During this time period, I have learned and experienced many new things in a new, practical and challenging environment. Either there are always some exceptions but, the system, the processes and the employee commitment along with quality work was really an example at NANF Enterprises. I selected this industry & organization for internship because in future, I am quite interested of utilizing my concepts related to entrepreneurship learned in the tenure of the degree and to start my own business rather than doing job in an organization. Furthermore the basic thing which motivates me towards entrepreneurial activities is having my degree of BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration), rather than BJA (Bachelor of Job Administration). In Sialkot, there is a very high competition of above industries at domestic level as well as international level to grab the customers and fulfill the production orders. To provide a firm base and to maintain an equality in the industry, several associations, trade bodies and organization are playing there role in the field. Different programs are initiated by these organizations with the help of provincial and federal government. In all over the world, the development of industrial clusters helped to promote the industries by providing them a healthy and competitive environment which results in the betterment and economic growth of not only the particular industry but also of the national economy. Therefore, Federal Government decided to establish five industrial clusters in Sialkot under the supervision of TDAP. Federal Minister Amin Faheem announced this in his trade policy speech of 2008-09 on the floor of National Assembly. Those five clusters were following: • Surgical Instruments, Sialkot • Gloves and Personal Protective Equipment, Sialkot • Sports Wear, Sialkot • Leather & Leather Products, Sialkot • Sports Goods, Sialkot A business cluster is a geographic concentration of interconnected businesses, suppliers, and associated institutions in a particular field. Clusters are considered to increase the productivity with which companies can compete, nationally and globally. (Source: Wikipedia) Internationally, governments often try to use the cluster effect to promote a particular place as good for a certain type of business or industry. For example, the city of Bangalore, India has been utilized to use the cluster effect in order to convince a number of high-tech companies to setup shop there. 1.1.
