2017–18 Ski Utah 6th Grade Passport Rules and Regulations The 2017–18 Ski Utah 6th Grade Passport is a non-transferable document which entitles the sixth grader to whom it is issued to obtain complimentary one-day lift tickets, subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, at participating Ski Utah member resorts during the 2017– 18 season. The following Ski Utah resorts are participating resorts for the 2017–18 season: Alta Ski Area, Beaver Mountain Ski Area, Brian Head Resort, Brighton Resort, Cherry Peak Resort, Eagle Point, Deer Valley Resort, Nordic Valley, Park City Mountain, Powder Mountain Resort, Snowbasin, Snowbird, Solitude Mountain Resort and Sundance Mountain Resort. All Ski Utah participating resorts reserve the right to withdraw from the program at any time. The Passport is valid at all participating Ski Utah resorts throughout the 2017–18 ski season except on the listed blackout dates. Blackout dates for the Passport are listed on each coupon. The Passport may be used to obtain no more than one complimentary one-day child lift ticket at each participating Utah resort during the 2017–18 ski season except where noted and is subject to blackout dates listed on coupons. The Passport, or use of the Passport or of lift tickets obtained with the Passport, may not be transferred or re-sold to any other person, including family members or relatives. It is a violation of Utah law to resell lift tickets. Ski Utah will immediately revoke a Passport if the holder trans- fers use of the Passport or of any lift ticket obtained with the Passport to another person, for monetary consideration or otherwise. Ski Utah will revoke and cancel a Passport without notice for any misuse. Passport holders and their parent or legal guardian are responsible for proper use of the Passport at all times. In the event of Passport misuse and cancellation, Ski Utah may recover damages to Ski Utah and/or to participating Ski Utah member resorts arising from Passport misuse, including reasonable attorneys’ fees. Ski Utah reserves the right to modify or cancel the Passport program at any time and to modify or cancel all valid Passports at any time with or without notice. Ski Utah is not responsible for expenses incurred or opportunities foregone by Passport holders if Ski Utah modifies or cancels the Passport program. If a Passport is lost or stolen, notify Ski Utah immediately. Participating resort lift ticket offices will not assist with a lost or stolen Passports. Ski Utah reserves the right to make case by case determinations concerning replacement of a lost or stolen Passports, but in no event will a lost or stolen Passport be replaced without collecting a processing fee. All Passport holders agree to comply with all rules and regulations of participating Ski Utah member resorts and with all other applicable laws and regulations, including the Utah Inherent Risk of Skiing Act. An individual is eligible for the Ski Utah 6th Grade Passport only once. Individuals repeating all or a portion of the sixth grade or who, for whatever reason, could not use their Passport during their sixth grade year, do not qualify for a repeat Ski Utah 6th Grade Passport. If a 6th Grade Passport applicant provides any false or inaccurate information in his or her ap- plication, a Passport will not be issued. Any Passport issued to a sixth grader who has provided false or inaccurate information will be revoked. All information provided in this application is subject to verification by Ski Utah. All information provided in this application becomes the property of Ski Utah.
