The 2005 team (below) set the record and won the New Mexico Activities Association Class 5A state championship. CONSISTENT WINNERS — Kingsport Dobyns-Bennett, TN (2006 team shown above) has swung its way to victory, ranking second nationally for most baseball wins with 1,334. Tribe baseball has amassed 31 conference titles, 23 district titles, 21 state tournament appearances, four state runner- up finishes and two state championships. The Indians also rank highly on the all-time basketball wins list. 8 Baseball BA KENTUCKY THOROUGHBREDS — The 1992 edition of the Cynthiana Harrison County, KY, baseball team ranks second all time for most home runs (105) by a high school baseball team in a single season. The squad ILLINOIS HITS — Edwardsville, IL, tied the sixth-longest winning streak also scored 503 runs which ranks tenth on the all-time list. The power-hit- in high school boys baseball history when it won 64 games in a row during ting ball club also had 428 runs batted in, good enough to be in the No. 8 the 1990 and 1991 seasons.
