A lighter touch approach than the normal ‘bio-partnering’ circuit of events, the approach deploys poseur table meeting points for 15 minutes per meeting – long enough to be sure to meet and short enough to maximise efficiency of the day, using your follow up to get more acquainted. On average, last year saw a pre-scehduled 1-2-1 meeting take place more than once every minute between those delegates opting in to the partnering facility. Our networking tool (partnering) is hosted on partnering360, the largest online network of life science professionals. Joining partnering360 is free and gives you access to this vibrant community. If you are new to partnering360, please visit www.partnering360.com to set up a partnering360 account. Please allow 24 hours for your membership to be activated. Partnering will open no later than 23 October 2015. Once partnering is open, delegates should allow 5 working days from payment of their registration fee to receive the email which will include a link to join the Genesis 2015 group on our networking (partnering) tool. You will only be able to access the networking tool once you have clicked on the link in the email. You will then be able to engage in pre-event discussions, view who is attending, and arrange to meet other delegates. Please do not share this link with other delegates, as individuals using a link that has not been sent to them directly by One Nucleus, may be removed from the event group without notice. How it works – the essentials to help delegates get started • Profile - your partnering360 profiles are your networking tool profiles. Make a great first impression by updating your personal and company profile. • Calendar - set your availability to allow meetings to be scheduled in your Agreed meetings column • Members - see who else is attending and easily request meetings with them by clicking the meeting request button on the Members tab. If your request is accepted, partnering360 event tool will find the earliest time slot for the meeting, based on the availability of both parties and meeting tables. • Discussions - join in discussions, add comments and questions. Create a topic. • Messages - incoming requests will be sent to your personal email and can also be reviewed on the Messages tab on the partnering360 main menu. We hope you enjoy using our partnering tool, and that it helps you to prepare for a successful Genesis. If you have any partnering login queries please contact One Nucleus [email protected]. Please remember to print off your diary card before arriving on-site. 5 Genesis 2015 Delegate Manual Venue Location QEII Centre, Broad Sanctury, Westminster, London, SW1P 3EE UK +44 (0)20 7798 4426 Directions to Venue The QEII Centre is located on Broad Sanctuary in Westminster, central London and can easily be reached by public transport.
