L 265/10 EN Official Journal of the European Communities 30. 9. 98 COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No 2075/98 of 29 September 1998 amending Regulation (EC) No 2138/97 delimiting the homogenous olive oil production zones THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, 1. in point B: Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European (a) for zone 1: ‘11 Aude', the following are added: Community, ‘Peyriac-de-Mer' and ‘Villeneuve-les-Corbières'; (b) for zone 3: ‘30 Gard', the following are added: Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/66/EEC of ‘Corbès', ‘Monclus' and ‘Seynes'; 22 September 1966 on the common organisation of the market in oils and fats (1), as last amended by Regulation (c) for zone 9, codes ‘20 A' and ‘20 B' are replaced by (EC) No 1638/98 (2), ‘2 A' and ‘2 B' respectively; Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2261/84 of 17 July 1984 laying down general rules on the granting 2. in point C: of aid for the production of olive oil and of aid to olive oil producer organisations (3), as last amended by Regulation (EC) No 1639/98 (4), and in particular Article 19 thereof, (a) for nomos ‘Ευβοαr', ‘Αγου' is deleted from zone 12 and ‘Λιχαδου' is deleted from zone 13; Whereas Article 18 of Regulation (EEC) No 2261/84 lays (b) for nomos ‘Ηλεαr', ‘Αγα Κυριακ', ‘στραr', ‘Κρυ- down that the olive yields and oil yields are to be fixed by βρυση' and ‘Τσιπιαν' are added to zone 2; homogenous production zones, on the basis of the figures supplied by producer Member States; (c) for nomos ‘Λρισαr', ‘γιοι Ανργυροι', ‘Γαλνη', ‘Σππειο', ‘Λουτρ Λρισαr', ‘Μοσχοχρι', ‘Γαλαν- βρυση', ‘∆αµσι', ‘Λφοr', ‘Πραιτρι', ‘Λρισα', Whereas the production zones are designated in the ‘Ελευθερα', ‘Κουτσχερο', ‘Κυπρισσο', ‘Νκαια' and Annex to Commission Regulation (EC) No 2138/97 of 30 ‘Χλκη' are added to zone 4; October 1997 delimiting the homogenous olive oil production zones (5); whereas, for administrative and (d) for nomos ‘Μεσσηναr', ‘Ανεµοµλου', ‘Αριοχωρου', structural reasons, amendments should be made to the ‘Πηδµατοr', ‘Πλατοr' and ‘Πλιανηr' are added to homogenous production zones for the 1997/98 marketing zone 4; year, particularly in Spain, France and Greece; (e) for nomos ‘Σµου', in zone 1, ‘Αγων' is replaced by Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are ‘Αγων Θεοδρων'; in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Oils and Fats, 3. in point D, under the heading ‘Comunidad autónoma Aragón': (a) in the province ‘Zaragoza': HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION: — ‘Bisimbre' is added to zone 1, — ‘Torrijo de la Cañada' is added to zone 2, Article 1 — ‘Aguilón', ‘Botorrita' and ‘Pina de Ebro' are added to zone 3, The Annex to Regulation (EC) No 2138/97 is amended as — ‘Alagón', ‘Cabañas de Ebro', ‘Litago', ‘Luceni' follows: and ‘Villanueva de Gallego' are added to zone 4, — ‘Mezalocha', ‘Tosos' and ‘Vileuña (La)' are added (1) OJ 172, 30. 9. 1966, p. 3025/66. to zone 5, (2) OJ L 210, 28. 7. 1998, p. 32.
