Can you please share the list of “[potentially] other facilities” cited in Section 1, Introduction? A. We currently do not have others but would like solution to allow for it. Q. We see that 120,000 tickets, 70,000 of them season tickets are cited in Appendix With respect to the 50,000 remaining tickets, can you please furnish details on historical sales by channel for calendar year 2019 (or the last 12 months). A. Last calendar year Jan. 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019 we sold 171,936. 20,800 were sold as full package (similar to season tickets to the Scotties Tournament of Hearts), 51,000 were Eagles season seats and 6000 were Highlanders basketball season seats. The remaining seats are broken down as follows: a. # of internet tickets sold: 19,804 b. # of box office / walk up tickets sold 65,300 c. # of phone tickets sold 3885 Q. What is the distribution of the 70,000 season tickets cited in Appendix A among the Eagles & Highlanders? A. They are all Eagles. Highlanders are not operating this year and had minimal season tickets. The season tickets should be adjusted to 51,000 tickets. Q. Does Centre 200 operate any third party sales outlets in Cape Breton region? A. No Q. Does Centre 200 plan to continue its regional ticketing/services brand and sell tickets for other venues in Cape Breton? A. Tickets for this RFP will be for Centre 200 only – The Savoy Theatre no longer participates. Can Centre 200 share any plans to integrate the primary and season ticket sales for the Cape Breton Eagles (QMJHL) within the scope of services and indicate whether the Eagles executives will participate in the wider evaluation of responses? A. There are no specific plans to share and the Eagles will not be involved in the scoring. There will be no integration with any Eagles systems. However, the Eagles are interested in using the new ticketing system. Q. Is integration with the CHL App a desirable feature or potential future requirement of the CBRM? A. Yes. Q. Will CBRM entertain bids in excess of the three-year term and two-year option? If so, what is the maximum term that CBRM would entertain? A. We would be open to a 5-year option if the bid is compelling. Q. With respect to section 2.5, Contract Negotiations, should vendors anticipate a solicitation of Best & Final Offers, or will the award for CBRM_P23-2019 be made upon the merits of the original RFP response and the original / initial pricing set forth in Appendix A? A. Original pricing in RFP. Q. With respect to the proposed time line outlined in Section 1.1, can CBRM please list the current events that would be on-sale on June 1 at the desired cut-over time? Is there a stated preference by CBRM to let these events “run out” on the current Audienceview solution until the event date or does CBRM prefer all event sales cease on/around June 1 and then resume on the new platform (if a change is made)? A. Events that would on-sale on June 1 are currently as follows. Travis Tritt, Clint Black, Gord Bamford and potentially Burton Cummings and Randy Bachman. They would run out with Audienceview. Q. With respect to Appendix A –Cost Proposal, Hardware Costs, can the CBRM please share the make and model of the current Ticket Printers in use at Centre200 and provide serial numbers for each such that a compatibility check can be performed? A. Boca FGL2 FGL4. HP Jetdirecct Parallel/USB Server Q. With respect to Appendix A –Cost Proposal, Ticket Transaction Fees, is it the preference of CBRM to have a single rate for “Purchased via Internet” or will CBRM entertain a financial model with a set of scaled transaction fees based on the face value of a ticket? With respect to Appendix A –Cost Proposal, Ongoing Costs, Yearly software licensing costs for the next 3 years (include all hosting costs), is it the preference of CBRM to have any integrated email marketing platform licensing costs broken out separately from any core ticketing application licensing costs?
