Recessed entrance with large sidelights; single-leaf 1-panel door; coupled casement sash 2nd and 3rd floors; concrete stringcourse 1st floor; brick soldiercourse 2nd and 3rd floors; recessed 4th floor hidden by brick parapet with cast stone coping; single-car garage door; end units turn into court. Rectangular wood door surround with wood lintel; single-leaf 6-panel door; security door; 3-light transom; double-hung 6/6 sash all floors; storm sash; wood sills; brick cornice; flat roof; roof deck. East elevation: stucco, 1 glass block window. West elevation: brick with 6/6 windows. Brick wall, approximately 6 feet high, enclosing a small garden and parking pad. Archeological potential. Facade c. 1830. Contributing. 605-11 1-story, 3-bay, brown brick, contemporary house. Recessed entrance with double-leaf door; 2-car garage opening; two glass block windows extending the height of the structure. Built c. 1960 by John D. Sacksteder, architect, and John P. Ground floor garage entrance; 1/1 replacement windows; wood sills; ½ gambrel roof; aluminum covered bargeboard. East elevation: stucco. West elevation: brick ground floor, two 15-pane casement windows and single-leaf metal door; two openings near rear of building at 2nd and 3rd floors. Built c. 1830. Contributing. 625-29 Parking pad. First floor 2-car garage door flanked by brick piers; 2nd floor wood clapboard with pent roof; central French doors with balconette flanked by 6/6 double-hung sash with paneled shutters and flower boxes; central wood pulley post. East elevation: stucco. Built c. 1990. Contributing. 635-43 (a.k.a. 409-11 S. 7th Street) Five, 2 ½-story, 2-bay, red brick, Neo-Colonial houses. Single-leaf 6- panel door; double-hung 6/6 sash 1st and 2nd floors; storm sash; wood sills; 3-panel shutters 1st and 2nd floors; wood box cornice; gable roof; pedimented dormer. 635, 637, 643: rectangular wood door surrounds with 3-light transom; 639, 641: brick arch-head entrances with fanlights; 643: security gate on window. 4 West elevation: brick; single-leaf 6-panel wood door; security gate on door; double-hung 6/6 sash on 1st and 2nd floors; brick wall with stone coping, approximately 6 feet high, with a terra cotta panel extends along 7th Street. Recessed entrance bay with door and sidelight; single pane arched window at 2nd floor; stucco wall on 3rd floor; 2-car garage on 1st floor; tripartite window on 2nd floor with smaller window; two double-hung windows on 3rd floor; oculus in gable; wrought iron security gate. Built c. 1995. Contributing. 612-14 3-story, 3-bay, stucco, contemporary house. Central bay recessed; single-leaf door with sidelights and glass canopy; balcony at 2nd floor; garage at 1st floor; horizontal band with 4-lights on all floors; wrought iron security grate. Built c. 1987-1990. RDA. Contributing. 616-18 3-story, 2-bay, red brick, contemporary house. Third bay recessed with 2-car garage on 1st floor; four 9-light windows on 2nd floor, three 9-light on 3rd; recessed front door; 6/6 windows on 1st and 2nd floors; French door with balconette on 2nd floor; granite base and stringcourse on 1st floor; brick stringcourse at 2nd floor; recessed 3rd story hidden by brick parapet with stone coping; iron security gate at front door and at garage with brick parapet wall; gable roof. Parking lot at 620-34 Addison Street has archaeological potential. 5 ADDISON STREET - 700 Block Paving: asphalt Curbs: granite Sidewalks: brick at 708-712, 718 and the park Light fixtures: Franklin 701-17 See 412 S. 7th Street. 719 2-story, 2-bay, smooth-faced stucco, Neo-Colonial house. Wood door surround, single-leaf 8- panel door and paneled garage door on 1st floor; double-hung 6/6 sash on 2nd floor; flat roof; aluminum coping. West elevation: stucco. Built c. 1950. Contributing. 721 2 ½-story, 2-bay, rough-cast stucco, vernacular house. Wood door surround with single-leaf flush metal door; rectangular transom with 6-light snap-in muntins; large wood lintel at 1st floor; paneled garage door 1st floor; double-hung 1/1 sash with 6/6 snap-in muntins all floors; wood sills; stucco cornice; gable roof; pedimented dormer. Built c. 1808-10 by Lawrence Sink, cabinetmaker. Alteration: c. 1950, façade stuccoed, new garage door and sash. Significant. 725 2 ½-story, 2-bay, vernacular house. Metal door surround with single-leaf flush metal door; panel garage door 1st floor; one double-hung 6/6 window and one coupled double-hung 6/6 sash on 2nd; paneled shutters 2nd floor; cast stone cornice; gable roof; pedimented dormer. Built c. 1808-12 for John Mullowny, gentleman. Used as a carpenter's shop by 1830. Alterations: c. 1950, garage door, new door and sash. Wide recessed entry; single-leaf metal door; coupled casement sash; greenhouse window with fluted aluminum panel above 2nd floor; 4-light sash with angled transom on 3rd floor; brick sills; aluminum cornice. Built c. 1979 by John Lloyd, architect. RDA. Contributing. 712 2-story, 2-bay, red brick, Neo-Colonial house. Cellar bulkhead; wood door surround with single- leaf 6-panel door; double-hung 1/1 sash with 6/6 snap-in muntins; wood sills; 3-panel shutters 1st and 2nd floors; molded wood cornice; gable roof; square-head alleyway entrance with wood door. Built c. 1813-30 by Jonathan Davis. Alterations: c. 1976 by Irving J. Martin, architect, new masonry façade, roof, cornice, door and sash. Contributing. 714 3-story, 2-bay, red brick, vernacular house. Wood door surround with single-leaf 6-panel door and 3-light transom; double-hung 6/6 sash; storm sash; security grill on 1st floor window; brick sills and brick soldiercourse lintels; flat roof. Facade c. 1970. Contributing. 716 3-story, 1-bay, smooth stucco, contemporary house. Single-leaf panel door with sidelights and 6 security door; paired double-hung 6/6 wood sash; storm sash; wood sills; flat roof. Facade c. 1970. Contributing. 718 A-F (a.k.a. Unity Court) Six, 3-story, 2-bay, contemporary/Greek Revival houses. Red brick on ground floor, smooth stucco above; 6/6 double-hung sash with brick sills; 2-story brick and stucco addition with an arched brick gateway and wood door that opens to a courtyard with six court houses; each 3-story, 2-bay with brick and stucco façades; 1/1 double-hung sash; storm sash; brick sills; molded wood cornices; front building has a brick cornice; brick coping; flat roof; security grate on 1st floor window; square-head alleyway entrance with wrought iron gate; storm doors. East elevation: single bay; tripartite window on all floors; separated by bands of cast stone; 7-foot high brick wall with stone coping and two wood gates, one with ornate pedimented hood.
