The geographic positions referred to in this publication are related to the largest- scale chart, unless stated otherwise. The limits of sectors and visibility arcs as well, as the alignment of direction lights and leading lights, are given as seen by an observer from seaward. All bearings are referenced to true North and are measured clockwise from 000º to 359º. Responsibility for publication of Annual Notices to Mariners and Monthly Volumes is undertaken by the Safety of Navigation Division of the HNHS.
