COMPOSITION OF THE MISSION. a. The composition of the mission shall be based on the number of participating climbers per the following chart: Chief of Mission 1 Team Captain 1 Coaches 2 Medical Doctor 1 Number of athlets (men) 6 Number of athlets (women) 6 Total 17 • No additional member(s) may be included in the mission without prior approval of the Organizers. • CISM Climbing Sports Committee members are authorized to participate and will not count against their nation’s composition of the mission. 4. ACCESS TO THE LOCATION OF THE COMPETITION. a. The competition will take place in Moscow, Russia, which is 30 minutes away from the Sheremetyevo International Airport, 2,5 hours away from the Domodedovo International Airport and 1,5 hours away from the Vnukovo International Airport. b. The cost of travel to and from the host country will be the responsibility of the participating missions. c. Teams shall arrive to the Sheremetyevo International Airport, the Domodedovo International Airport, the Vnukovo International Airport and Moscow railway station. By the host site coordinators and be transported to the site of the competition and accommodations. 5. CONDITIONS OF STAY. a. Board and lodging will be provided for all participants, as well as transport for all CISM related events. b. Participants will be required to pay extra expenses such as telephone calls, laundry, additional food and beverages. c. Nations arriving before 27th November 2018 and departing after 3th December 2018 will be responsible for all expenses incurred during the period outside the official competition dates. CISM officials such as the Official CISM Representative (OCR), Climbing Sports Committee are authorized to arrive before 27th November 2018. d. In accordance with the Statutes and traditions of CISM, any political or and religious action during the competition, in particular the dissemination of propaganda documents, pictures, clothing, brochures, reviews etc, is strictly forbidden. Any contravention will result in immediate exclusion and deportation of such nation. e. Additional persons will not be accepted without official written permission of the Organizers. f. Medical support for the duration of the event will be provided by the host, which will cover costs for basic emergency treatment only. In case of additional treatment, hospitalization and routine medical care, participating nations will be responsible for the payment thereof. The competition will be organized in accordance with the most recent regulations of the International Federation of Sport Climbing (IFSC). b. Eligibility. All athletes must be military personnel on full active duty in the Armed Forces of their respective nations (art. 7.21 of the CISM Regulations). Participation of inactive member nations is not authorized (art.7.24 of the CISM Regulations). All of the participants are asked to present the following documents upon registration: • Personal identification card. • Passport 7. CHAMPIONSHIP FORMAT. a. Disciplines: Lead (M,W) Bouldering (M, W) Speed classic (M, W) Speed record (M, W) b. National Team Ranking Following the completion of the Final round of each individual event, the first thirty competitors in each Category shall be awarded the Ranking Points for the purpose of calculating the “National Team Ranking:” Note: The Ranking Points gained by tied competitors will be the average of the points for the tied rank positions. The points will be rounded off to whole numbers. Team Ranking shall be calculated by adding the Ranking Points of the three (3) highest ranked team members in each Category for each discipline, ranking teams in descending order of the total number of Ranking Points accumulated. 8. ANTI-DOPING. ■ Anti-Doping tests will be conducted in accordance with the CISM Regulations - Chapter IX, CISM Anti-Doping Rules, the concerned CISM Sports Regulations, the concerned International Federation Rules, and all WADA rules, mainly the World Anti-Doping Code, and the International Standard for Testing. ■ The number and type of tests, as well the athletes to be tested shall be determined by the CISM Anti-Doping Commission. These procedures will follow the concerned CISM Test Distribution Plain (TDP). In case an athlete has a Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE), the Chief of Delegation should send this TUE to the CISM GS until 30 days before the Opening Ceremony. This TUE will be submitted to the TUE
