A candidate must first file form DS-DE 9 prior to opening a campaign account. All qualifying fees MUST be paid from this account. Fees are submitted at the time of qualifying to the Office of the City Clerk. "We’re at the Center of Everything" ▪ Campaign Treasurer’s Reports. Campaign Treasurer’s Reports are submitted on-line at www.miramarfl.gov, under “Online Services” select Candidate Reporting Login. Each candidate is allowed one poll watcher in each Miramar, FL 33025 polling place at any one time during the election. A list of persons serving in this capacity must be submitted to the Broward County Supervisor of Elections Office prior to noon on February 23, 2021. Voter registration for the City’s election will close An Equal Opportunity Employer February 8, 2021. ▪ Qualifying for Office. In order to qualify for elected office, the following must be received in the Office of the City Clerk no later than noon, Monday, January 11, 2021: *Acceptance of Candidacy *Declaration of Residency a. Appointment of Campaign Treasurer and Designation of Campaign Depository for Candidates (Form DS-DE 9) b. Statement of Candidate (Form DS-DE 84) c. Oath of Candidate (Form DS-DE 302NP) d. Statement of Financial Interest (Form 1) e. One check written from your campaign bank account (See first bullet) f. Acknowledged Notice of Logic & Accuracy Test g. Notice of Candidacy h. Candidate Check List Please review forms for completion and accuracy. All documents submitted to the Office of the City Clerk, will become public record and are open for inspection by any person.
