Public art is a key element of Waterfall: Mika Utzon Popov, grandson of Sydney Opera House architect Jørn Utzon, is creating a large-scale artwork integrated in the design. The interiors offer fresh, natural modern luxury, utilising stone, timber and subtle hues.
