South Bucks District Council Supplementary Planning Document Residential Design Guide Adoption Statement Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 Town and County Planning (Local Development) (England) Regulations 2004 In accordance with Regulations 16 and 19 of the above Regulations, the Council hereby gives notice that the Council adopted the Residential Design Guide Supplementary Planning Document on 28th October 2008 as part of the Local Development Framework. The Residential Design Guide Supplementary Planning Document sets out the Council’s guidance to secure high quality residential development which respects and enhances the character of the local area. It relates to the whole of the South Bucks District Councils administrative area. Any person aggrieved by the Supplementary Planning Document may apply to the High Court for permission to apply for a judicial review of the decision to adopt the Supplementary Planning Document. Any such application for leave must be made promptly and in any event not later than 3 months after the date on which the Supplementary Planning Document was adopted. Copies of the Supplementary Planning Document, this Adoption Statement, and the Statement prepared pursuant to Regulation 18(4)(b) which sets out a summary of the main issues that were raised in the representations and how these have been addressed in the Supplementary Planning Document are available for public inspection free of charge at: Council Offices: • Reception, South Bucks District Council offices, Capswood, Oxford Road, Denham, Buckinghamshire, UB9 4LH (between the hours of 09:00 and 17:30 Monday to Wednesday inclusive, 09:00 and 17:00 Thursday and Friday). The Council’s offices are closed 25th December 2007 – 1st January 2008 inclusive.
