This contest is offered online and printed copies of the survey are available in-branch. 5 – PRIZES 1. There are 3 prizes to be won: 2 prizes of $500 and 1 grand prize worth $1,500. The prizes offered are gift certificates from local merchants in the region*. The winners choose the local merchant, with the exception of their own business. 2. The winners will be randomly drawn on Friday, December 11, 2020, at 4 p.m. 3. Participants may only enter once and are eligible for only one prize. 4.
