He has written or edited Princeton University over 40 books on topics ranging from altruism, bioethics, animal Laureate Professor, liberation, and the environment, including the The Life You Can Save University of Melbourne (Random House, 2009) and The Most Good You Can Do (Yale, 2015). ROB WIBLIN Rob Wiblin is the Director of Research at 80,000 Hours and Executive Director of Research, Direct of the Centre for Effective Altruism. He is also Secretary of the 80,000 Hours board of Animal Charity Evaluators and a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers Community. PROF KERRY ARABENA Kerry Arabena is Chair for Indigenous Health and Director of the Chair for Indigenous Indigenous Health Equity Unit at The University of Melbourne. She is Health, University of Lead Investigator on the Australian Model of the First 1000 Days Study, Melbourne an interventions based pre-birth cohort study designed with and for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families. KIRSTEN ARMSTRONG Kirsten Armstrong is Global Lead of Development Effectiveness at The Global Lead of Fred Hollows Foundation. She has worked in more than 20 countries, Development supporting major health reforms in Australia, New Zealand and Hong Effectiveness, Fred Hollows Kong, and insurance system reforms in Russia, Estonia and Mongolia. Foundation Kirsten currently serves on ACFID’s Development Practice Committee. DR MEREDITH DOIG Meredith Doig currently serves as President of the Rationalist Society of President, Rationalist Australia and is a professional company director and governance Society of Australia consultant. Meredith has been a long-time community activist, lobbying on topics ranging from tax and industry development to social equity and corporate governance. DR EVA VIVALT Eva Vivalt is a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) at Australian National Lecturer (Assistant University and the founder of AidGrade. She has previously worked in Professor) in Economics at the World Bank’s Development Economics Research Group and the UN Australian National Development Program. Her research focuses on improving evidence- University based policy decisions. PROF STEPHEN HOWES Stephen Howes is a Professor of Economics at the Crawford School of Professor of Economics at Public Policy at the Australian National University (ANU). He is Director the Australian National of the Development Policy Centre and in 2011 was a member of University Australia’s Independent Review of Aid Effectiveness. Prior to joining the ANU in 2009, Stephen was Chief Economist at the Australian Agency for International Development.
