Margaret Wallace - Project Scientist Project No. 210314.00 1 Premier Environmental Services, Inc. 102730007 Phase I ESA 250 International Way, Springfield, OR 10/14/2010 2.0 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Asset Number: 102730007 Description: Undeveloped land - 4.97 acres Address: 250 International Way Springfield, OR 97477 This Phase I ESA was conducted based on reviews of standard historical resources and environmental regulatory databases, a site reconnaissance visit, and interviews with local officials and property management personnel. Additionally, a review of applicable special resources was conducted including obtaining information from and/or contacting corresponding agencies and reviewing available maps and databases. This Phase I ESA report provides a summary of our findings and includes figures showing the site location, copies of historical maps and aerial photographs, a copy of the regulatory database report, and other information that was deemed appropriate within the scope of this assessment. The Property consists of 4.97 acres of cleared land located at 250 International Way in Springfield, Oregon. The property is located within a business development that consists of low rise office buildings/warehouses and undeveloped land. The adjoining properties are undeveloped with the exception of a power line easement that borders the Property on the northern boundary and an office building to the southeast. The McKenzie River is located beyond wooded land to the north and is situated approximately 725 feet northeast of the Property at its nearest point. Based on aerial
