The Pavilion will transform into London for an afternoon of fun and frivolity for kids of all ages, with activities that include a bounce house, a petting zoo, face painting, trackless train rides, arts & crafts with the Suffolk Art League, music by DJ Angie and story time with the Suffolk Public Library. Concessions will be available for purchase. Children and adults will surely enjoy the entertaining and witty Paddington. The hit 2014 movie begins at 6:30 p.m. Bundle-up under the stars and watch as a young Peruvian bear with a passion for all things British travels to London in search of a new home. Finding himself lost and alone at Paddington Station, he begins to realize that city life is not all he had imagined—until he meets the kindly Brown family, who read the label around his neck ("Please look after this bear. Thank you.") and offer him a temporary haven. It looks as though his luck has changed until this rarest of bears catches the eye of an evil museum taxidermist. Featuring Hugh Bonneville, Sally Hawkins, Peter Capaldi, Jim Broadbent, Julie Walters, Nicole Kidman, and the voice of Ben Whishaw (as Paddington), this family- friendly film will have you packing your bags for the next flight to London. Plenty of seating is available, but chairs, blankets and jackets are also encouraged to make it an even more comfortable evening under the stars! Snacks will be available for purchase during the movie, in support of the United Way. This PG-rated film’s running time is 95 minutes.
