Attendance All Councillors were in attendance, with the exception of Mayor Muttart and Councillors Best and Spicer with notice. Councillor Allen arrived at 9:43 am. CAO Objectives The CAO presented the revised CAO 2020-21 Objectives as attached to Fiscal 2020-21 the January 21, 2020 Committee of the Whole agenda. On motion of Councillor Hodges and Councillor Armstrong, that Committee of the Whole recommend Council approve the CAO Objectives Fiscal 2020-21 as presented on January 21, 2020, including comments made by Councillors on January 21, 2020.
