In 2018, Heritage Open Days will be operating across not one, but two amazing weekends, delivering what is sure to be a fantastic festival, with over 170 events across the county of Lincolnshire. Organised for the county by Heritage Lincolnshire and the Lincolnshire Heritage Open Days Steering Group since 1994, the festival celebrates both Lincolnshire’s best loved treasures and its hidden gems. There are events and activities for all ages and interests, from children’s trails and musical performances, to expert-led guided tours and temporary exhibitions. This year our theme is ’Picturing the Past’ celebrating Lincolnshire’s rich heritage through the medium of art, photography, design and more.
