Edwards. 2nd October, 1934. 370 MINUTES.—The Minutes of the Meetings of the Council held on 3ist July, i5th August and i4th September, 1934, having been printed and circulated, were confirmed and signed, Councillor Greer's name being added to those of Members voting against Resolution No. 685 and attention being- drawn to Resolution No. 688, in which Roxeth Green Avenue, West Harrow Ward, was shewn to be in Roxeth Ward. CHAIRMAN'S REPORT.—The Chairman si bmit.td a Report of matters dealt with by him during Vacation pursuant to authority given by the Council and, so far as the same re­ quired confirmation, the action of the Chairman was approved and confirmed. REPORT OF THE VALUATION AND RATING COMMITTEE. It was moved by Councillor Lambert, seconded by Coun­ cillor Alien, and— RESOLVED:— 1. That the Report of the Valuation and Rating Cormmittee for their Meeting on loth September, 1934, be received. 2. BASES OF ASSESSMENT. KENTON AREA: That the method of valuation applied in the late Hendon Rural area be applied throughout the Kenton area of the District. 3. UNIFORMITY OF ASSESSMENTS : That it be an instruction to the Valuation Officer, when appointed, to investigate assess­ ments throughout the area of the Harrow Rating Authority and report thereon to the Valuation and Rating Committee as soon as possible. 4. That Part II. of the Report of the Valuation and Rating Committee be confirmed. REPORT OF THE TOWN PLANNING COMMITTEE.
