REPORT OF THE VALUATION AND RATING COMMITTEE. It was moved by Councillor Lambert, seconded by Coun­ cillor Alien, and— RESOLVED:— 1. That the Report of the Valuation and Rating Cormmittee for their Meeting on loth September, 1934, be received. 2. BASES OF ASSESSMENT. KENTON AREA: That the method of valuation applied in the late Hendon Rural area be applied throughout the Kenton area of the District. 3. UNIFORMITY OF ASSESSMENTS : That it be an instruction to the Valuation Officer, when appointed, to investigate assess­ ments throughout the area of the Harrow Rating Authority and report thereon to the Valuation and Rating Committee as soon as possible. 4.
