2.6 Lebanon Storage Assessment LEBANON Storage Assessment 4.6 Lebanon Storage and Milling Company Contact List Lebanon has a large number of storage facilities available across the country. Capacity is currently sufficient for humanitarian needs, and warehouses are being used in different locations by UN Agencies and INGOs for their programmatic requirements in Beirut, as well as North and South Lebanon. Security in the northern part of the country, particularly near the border with Syria down to Tripoli, is currently an issue for access. Organizations are recommended to choose storage areas outside of and before the Tripoli area, to help ensure access to their warehouses. Prices for warehousing are highest in the Beirut area, with lower rates available outside the radius of the capital, including locations such as Zahle.
