The quotation should be accompanied by necessary documents like sales tax and income tax clearance certificate, trade licence etc. The vehicle is lying at Motor Transport Section wireless Branch at 47, Beniapukur Rd., Kolkata – 700 014 for inspection on any working day between 10:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs. Job Details:- 1. Replacement of front suspension bush. 2. Wheel alignment and balancing. 3. Replacement of all oils and filters. 4. General servicing of entire vehicle. 5. Suspension system complete overhauling. 6. Replacement of radiator. 7. Replacement of rear shock absorber. 8. Replacement of cylinder head gas kit. The warranty of said jobs will be one year. The sealed quotation will be opened at the conference room of 112, Ripon Street on 02/05/18 at 12.00 hrs. The interested firms may remain present on the aforementioned venue in time. The accepted rates/ firm will be intimated to the successful/ selected tenders in due course. Job allotted firm will be requested to undertake work immediately as the vehicle will be required for emergency duty.
