TONIGHT’S GAME – The Colorado Eagles take on the San Antonio Rampage tonight in the first game of a two-game series. THE SERIES – Colorado will face San Antonio four times this season, with two of those games taking place at the Budweiser Events Center. Goaltender Artyom Zagidulin earned his second shutout of the season with 18 saves on 18 shots. Forward Byron Froese led the way for the Heat, netting a pair of goals in the victory. RAMPAGE’S LAST GAME (1/21) – Wilkes-Barre/Scranton forward Jordy Bellerive scored the game-winning goal 4:27 into overtime to give the Penguins a 3-2 victory over the San Antonio Rampage on Tuesday. Nathan Walker and Klim Kostin both found the back of the net in the loss for San Antonio. LAST MEETING (11/12) – Josh Dickinson notched a pair of assists, while fellow forwards Jacob MacDonald, Erik Condra and Igor Shvyrev all netted goals as the Colorado Eagles defeated the San Antonio Rampage, 3-1. Eagles goaltender Hunter Miska was stellar in net, stopping 38 of the 39 shots he faced.
