Habitat for Humanity of Omaha 2019 Annual Report HABITAT OMAHA 2019 ANNUAL REPORT | WORDS Habitat Omaha Supporters, A Note t seems everything is changing all around us. For some the changes are positive, but for many they are laced with the fear and uncertainty of an I unknown future. From the CEO Despite this, one thing remains the same: all of your past work and involvement with Habitat for Humanity of Omaha has made a difference. More than 1,700 local families have achieved home stability through our Homeownership or Home Improvement Programs. Those families now have a safe and stable shelter——a home——to weather this storm. Habitat Omaha will continue to stand by all of our neighbors in need of a quality, affordable place to live. The collective “we” of Habitat Omaha includes YOU——volunteers, donors, homeowners, neighbors, supporters and advocates. Habitat Omaha, we, will be there to walk alongside those who are struggling with home stability. We will be there for people who need a hand up. We believe that through partnership, comes dignity. And, we will continue working hard in partnership with the good people in our community because we believe that everyone deserves the peace and stability of a safe, affordable home.
