Concept Description: This location is intended to be either a Pub or a Wine Bar. The Pub would feature draft and bottled beer selections including local/craft beers. The Wine Bar would feature wine by the glass or bottle including a selection of local or regional wines. Both concepts will offer appetizers and small plate menu items that pair with the chosen drink selections. Minimum Requirements: 1. Must have at least 12 draft beer selections including 4 local beers (Pub) or at least 30 wine selections including 4 local or regional wines (Wine Bar). 2. This location must have a “grab and go” component. 3. This location must be an internationally appealing destination. 4. Menu must provide options for all three day parts and feature small plates or tapas. Wine Pricing- Must offer a variety of value-priced selections of wine by the glass $8.00 to $12.00 within the extended selection of offerings. 7. The menu must feature at least one vegan and one vegetarian menu item that are low-cholesterol, fiber-packed, plant-based entrée. The menu must identify the items as being vegan and/or vegetarian. 8. This location must provide employee specials. 9. The location must also provide staff with the ability to conduct sales transactions using hand-held credit-card processing devices or other form of technology to ensure speed of service. 10. This location is not a full bar and therefore is only permitted to have a wine and beer retailer’s permit from the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC). 11. This location must sign-up with our mobile ordering partner GRAB to provide our passengers with the ability to order on the go. 12.
