Making a Difference in Our Communities

2017 imacorp.com/community A WORD FROM ROB COHEN CHAIRMAN & CEO, THE IMA FINANCIAL GROUP, INC. Our associates went above and beyond in 2017! Not only did we see strong financial performance last year, but our employees gave back to our communities in the largest numbers we’ve ever recorded. As you’ll see in this report, IMA has given time, talent and treasure to nonprofit partners throughout our footprint. Our community partnerships have a clear impact on our business, especially as it relates to talent and client satisfaction. It’s amazing to be able to do the right thing for all the right reasons and see the business benefit. Companies must do well to do good! Also last year we were thrilled to be named the Large Company of the Year by the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) for National Philanthropy Day in Colorado. This is a huge honor and our associates are so deserving. More importantly, this honor represents the incredible nonprofits we proudly serve and support. We are so fortunate to work with passionate people representing organizations that are improving the lives of those in our communities. Thanks for making a difference! A WORD FROM RUTH ROHS VICE PRESIDENT OF CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, THE IMA FOUNDATION Reflecting on 2017 brings a huge smile to my face! As you’ll see in this report, IMA associates and our nonprofit partners joined in ways that truly made a difference last year. We raised more money through our IMA Foundation fundraisers than ever before, we had more associates volunteer by thousands of hours and we supported the largest number of nonprofit organizations through grants and IMA’s employee matching gifts program. As an employee owner, I am incredibly proud to see IMA be a leader in making a difference in the lives of our clients and our communities. Giving back is the real deal at IMA. Our volunteer t-shirts changed last year and now they read “IMA Difference Makers.” This shift shows that we take giving back personally; we are all in this together! Thanks for being a difference maker!
