The farm is divided into two sections of which approximately 2770ha of the combined property is fenced with solar power electrified bonnox game fencing, suitable for most of the big 5 species. The unfenced section can be easily incorporated but is currently cut off by a provincial road. The property is made up of 60% grassland and 40% bushveld grazing. There is a perennial river (The Umkhuzi River) surrounded by trees and bush, that flows through the property which provides abundant water for the game. A smaller river (The Mthazi River) is fed by many mountain streams creating ideal wetland spots on the farm. The rivers have 5 to 6 kinds of fish species which include barbell, crabs and sweet water shrimps. The ranch is fully stocked with save game including Nyala, Blesbok, Reedbuck, Eland, Duiker, Impala, Zebra, Giraffe, Wild Pig, Warthog and many wild birds. There is basic hunter’s accommodation on the farm which includes tented lodging. There are specific slaughter facilities, workshop and staff accommodation plus a few unused outbuildings.
