Also in January, Coach Law Mascot: Cosmo (the Cougar) attended the Cubs Convention, an annual gathering which draws thousands of Affiliation: NCAA Division I fans. By winning the MWC title in 2001 Trainer: Spencer Mack and 2002, it marks the first time BYU has repeated as the league champ since Baseball Facts: 1988-89, the only other time it has happened for the Cougars.
