Pema Gyaltsen, received the highest Dzogchen teaching, the Ati Yoga Tantra (KHrid yig ye shes bla ma) from H.E. Yanthang Rinpoche at his retreat house in Pelling, West Sikkim, in 1991. While receiving the initiation, Pema Gyaltsen compiled the following praise about the lineage and qualities of RE.
