For the pop-up blocker, either you can disable this or add hrw.com to the exception list. The step below will help to accomplish this with Firefox and Chrome Firefox: 1. Open Firefox and go up to Tools and select Options 2. Click the Content tab 3. At the top, you can un-check the box to block pop-ups (some IT departments don't want you to do this) or click the Exceptions button to the right 4. Type in the following and hit enter: hrw.com 5. Click Close for this window and then click OK for the Options window Chrome: 1. Open Chrome and at the top right, click the button that has three horizontal lines in it 2. Select Settings 3.
