NEW COLLEGE BOAT CLUB HEAD COACH VACANCY ABOUT US: With nearly 100 active members, New College Boat Club is the largest sports club within New College, a constituent college of the University of Oxford. We have a history of strong performances; in 2019 our Men’s 1st Boat finished near the top of Division 2 in bumps racing, and we saw promising displays from our novices with 1st place in New College Indoor Regatta and 3rd in Christ Church Regatta. NCBC is looking for a new Head Coach to coach our Men’s 1st Boat as well as work with the Men’s Captain and other coaches to oversee the placement of our athletes across the men’s side. Part of the role includes creating a training plan geared towards success in termly races as well as providing constructive feedback to both rowers and coxes. We can offer a competitive salary which is negotiable depending on experience.
