The Vamps Fan Rally Events – Collection Volunteers About Teenage Cancer Trust Teenage Cancer Trust is the only UK charity dedicated to improving the quality of life and chances of survival for the seven young people aged between 13 and 24 diagnosed with cancer every day. But we can’t do it alone, we need your help! At a Glance The Vamps are long-time supporters of our work and have given us the opportunity to fundraise at a series of their intimate ‘fan rally’ concerts across the UK at the end of October. We are looking for volunteers from Glasgow to London to come along and help us make the most of this amazing opportunity! Time commitment: Sunday 25 October @ Glasgow Academy – from midday (until approx. 3pm) Monday 26 October @ Manchester Academy – from 10am (until approx. 3:30pm) Wednesday 28 October @ Birmingham Academy – from midday (until approx. 3pm) Thursday 29 October @ London Indigo – from midday (until approx. 6pm) Location: Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham, London Responsible to: Jen Walker, Music Industry Developer To apply: email [email protected] or call 020 7612 0370 What will I do? Represent Teenage Cancer Trust at The Vamps concert, be energetic and welcoming to guests. Raise money through bucket collections. Be a friendly face welcoming guests to the venue. Help to run the Teenage Cancer Trust / The Vamps Revolution stall, selling merchandise and lucky dip entries. What will I gain? Support from a dedicated member of staff in your role. Helping Teenage Cancer Trust to reach more young people with cancer. What skills do I need? Excellent interpersonal skills. Enthusiasm. Reliability. Flexibility. .
