R. O.) GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN MINISTRY OF DEFENCE NOTIFICATIONS Rawalpindi, the 5th October, 2020 S.R.O. 978(I)/2020.—WHEREAS the Federal Government is satisfied that, for the administration of the Peshawar Cantonment, it is desirable to vary the constitution of the Board in that Cantonment under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 14 of the Cantonments Act, 1924 (II of 1924). NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of the aforesaid section, the Federal Government is pleased to declare that it is desirable to vary the constitution of the aforesaid Board under the said section for one year with immediate effect. S.R.O. 979(I)/2020.—WHEREAS the Federal Government is satisfied that, for the administration of the Nowshera Cantonment, it is desirable to vary the constitution of the Board in that Cantonment under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 14 of the Cantonments Act, 1924 (II of 1924). S.R.O. 980(I)/2020.—WHEREAS the Federal Government is satisfied that, for the administration of the Mardan Cantonment, it is desirable to vary the constitution of the Board in that Cantonment under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 14 of the Cantonments Act, 1924 (II of 1924). NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of the aforesaid section, the Federal Government is pleased to declare that it is desirable to vary the constitution of the aforesaid Board under the said section for one year with immediate effect. S.R.O. 981(I)/2020.—WHEREAS the Federal Government is satisfied that, for the administration of the Kohat Cantonment, it is desirable to vary the constitution of the Board in that Cantonment under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 14 of the Cantonments Act, 1924 (II of 1924). NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of the aforesaid section, the Federal Government is pleased to declare that it is desirable to vary the constitution of the aforesaid Board under the said section for one year with immediate effect. S.R.O. 982(I)/2020.—WHEREAS the Federal Government is satisfied that, for the administration of the Risalpur Cantonment, it is desirable to vary the constitution of the Board in that Cantonment under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 14 of the Cantonments Act, 1924 (II of 1924). NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of the aforesaid section, the Federal Government is pleased to declare that it is desirable to vary the constitution of the aforesaid Board under the said section for one year with immediate effect. S.R.O. 983(I)/2020.—WHEREAS the Federal Government is satisfied that, for the administration of the Bannu Cantonment, it is desirable to vary the constitution of the Board in that Cantonment under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 14 of the Cantonments Act, 1924 (II of 1924). NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of the aforesaid section, the Federal Government is pleased to declare that it is desirable to vary the constitution of the aforesaid Board under the said section for one year with immediate effect. S.R.O. 985(I)/2020.—WHEREAS the Federal Government is satisfied that, for the administration of the Cherat Cantonment, it is desirable to vary the constitution of the Board in that Cantonment under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 14 of the Cantonments Act, 1924 (II of 1924). NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of the aforesaid section, the Federal Government is pleased to declare that it is desirable to vary the constitution of the aforesaid Board under the said section for one year with immediate effect. S.R.O. 986(I)/2020.—WHEREAS the Federal Government is satisfied that, for the administration of the Abbottabad Cantonment, it is desirable to vary the constitution of the Board in that Cantonment under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 14 of the Cantonments Act, 1924 (II of 1924). NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of the aforesaid section, the Federal Government is pleased to declare that it is desirable to vary the constitution of the aforesaid Board under the said section for one year with immediate effect. S.R.O. 987(I)/2020.—WHEREAS the Federal Government is satisfied that, for the administration of the Rawalpindi Cantonment, it is desirable to vary the constitution of the Board in that Cantonment under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 14 of the Cantonments Act, 1924 (II of 1924). NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of the aforesaid section, the Federal Government is pleased to declare that it is desirable to vary the constitution of the aforesaid Board under the said section for one year with immediate effect. S.R.O. 988(I)/2020.—WHEREAS the Federal Government is satisfied that, for the administration of the Chaklala Cantonment, it is desirable to vary the constitution of the Board in that Cantonment under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 14 of the Cantonments Act, 1924 (II of 1924). S.R.O. 989(I)/2020.—WHEREAS the Federal Government is satisfied that, for the administration of the Attock Cantonment, it is desirable to vary the constitution of the Board in that Cantonment under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 14 of the Cantonments Act, 1924 (II of 1924). NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of the aforesaid section, the Federal Government is pleased to declare that it is desirable to vary the constitution of the aforesaid Board under the said section for one year with immediate effect. NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of the aforesaid section, the Federal Government is pleased to declare that it is desirable to vary the constitution of the aforesaid Board under the said section for one year with immediate effect. S.R.O. 991(I)/2020.—WHEREAS the Federal Government is satisfied that, for the administration of the Murree Hills Cantonment, it is desirable to vary the constitution of the Board in that Cantonment under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 14 of the Cantonments Act, 1924 (II of 1924). NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of the aforesaid section, the Federal Government is pleased to declare that it is desirable to vary the constitution of the aforesaid Board under the said section for one year with immediate effect. S.R.O. 992(I)/2020.—WHEREAS the Federal Government is satisfied that, for the administration of the Murree Gallies Cantonment, it is desirable to vary the constitution of the Board in that Cantonment under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 14 of the Cantonments Act, 1924 (II of 1924).
