The State Government of Odisha vide their letter No. letter No. 10F (Cons)289/2016/22319/F & E dated 31.10.2017 submitted the above mentioned proposal seeking prior approval of the Central Government under Sectin-2 of the Forest (Conservation) Act, 1980. 2.
