With the turn of this year, we, alone cannot achieve anything without you people like community, stakeholders, NGO likeminded people, CBOs, etc. This is our annual report (18-19) which provides a glimpse of what we did and achieved this year through our synergized effort. Investing in children and women are an act of nation building. While we march ahead on the path of development, it is the responsibility of all of us to ensure that privileges of women and children. Moreover livelihoods of poor and marginal people have to develop and new opportunities have to be included. The year 2017-18 has been the year of achievements for NAMCO. Collaborative approaches once again paid the desired result. During the year we effectively implemented various projects, reaching out to over 2500 children and 10,000 women and youth directly through various services and activities. It is equally satisfying to see NAMCO’s increasing ability to handle multiple projects through the skilled and dedicated team it has been able to build. To enhance their field knowledge and skills of working with children and women, they are continuously been groomed through training programmes and workshops. Quality, credibility and transparency are not just the technical jargons for us. We make sure that they are observed in our day-to-day practices. In the coming year, we look forward to expand our work and services to new potential locations with the same values and spirit. Admittedly, what we achieved this year could not have been possible without the constant support of our dedicated partners and donors. With the end of this successful cycle, please join me in appreciating and recognizing the contribution made by our frontline workers, donors, government functionaries and board members. We are grateful to have such a dynamic team, generous donors listed at the end of the report, and our collaborating partners. We heartedly laud their valuable support.
