V Dated 09.02.2018 RFP for 4-laning of Aligarh-Kanpur section from Km 356.000 (Design chainage 373.085) to Km 414.000 (Design chainage 433.728) (Package-V form Mitrasen - Kanpur) of NH-91 in the state of Uttar Pradesh on Hybrid Annuity Mode under Bharatmala Pariyojana. The Government of India had entrusted to the Authority the development, maintenance and management of National Highway No. NH-91. The Authority had resolved to augment the existing road from 4-Laning Of Aligarh-Kanpur Section From Km 356.000 (Design Chainage 373.085) To Km 414.000 (Design Chainage 433.728) (Package-V Form Mitrasen - Kanpur) Of Nh-91 In The State Of Uttar Pradesh on Hybrid Annuity Mode under Bharatmala Pariyojana section of National Highway No. NH 91 (hereinafter called the “NH 91)”) in the State of Uttar Pradesh by Four -Laning thereof (the “Project”) on design, build, operate and transfer (the “DBOT Annuity” or “Hybrid Annuity”) basis, and has decided to carry out the bidding process for selection of a private entity as the Bidder to whom the Project may be awarded. IST).Bid must be submitted online only at http:// etenders.gov.induring the validity of registration with the NHAI e-Tendering Portal being managed by National Informatic Centre (NIC), i.e. http://etenders.gov.in on or before 26.03.2018 (upto 1100 hours IST). Technical submissions of the Bids received online shall be opened on 27.03.2018 (at 1130 hours IST). Bid submitted through any other mode shall not be entertained. However, Bid Security, Demand Draft towards cost of bid document, Power of Attorney and joint bidding agreement etc. as specified in Clause 2.11.2 of the RFP shall be submitted physically by the Bidder on or before 27.03.2018 (at 1100 hours IST).
