Notes for Thomas Mackey According to Charles Buchanan, Thomas was born in Cushington, Wexford, Ireland. Baptized on 23 Dec. 1792 in Cushingtown, Co. Wexford. Note that Charles was probably incorrect because the gravestone at Pioneer Cemetery in Dominion indicates a later birth date (about 1798). Also, Surname is MacKay. I have concluded without any marriage records or obituaries to prove it, that James was married 3 times! Hopefully, if I am incorrect, someone will correct my error!
