Fontelera, Jr., duly seconded, it was – RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan in session assembled to endorse, as they are hereby endorsed, to the Department of Health the individual application of the following Provincial Government Hospitals, namely: Western Pangasinan District Hospital, Eastern Pangasinan District Hospital, Mangatarem District Hospital, Bayambang District Hospital, Urdaneta District Hospital, Asingan Community Hospital, Bolinao Community Hospital, Dasol Community Hospital, Manaoag Community Hospital, Mapandan Community Hospital, Pozorrubio Community Hospital and Umingan Community Hospital to operate a Blood Collecting Unit (BCU) /Blood Station (BS); RESOLVED FINALLY, to furnish copies of this resolution to the Department of Health, Regional Office I, San Fernando City, La Union; Dr. Ana Maria Teresa S. de Guzman, Provincial Health Officer II; and to all Chiefs of Hospitals of the above-mentioned health facilities, for their information and guidance.
