Six GET SET KIDS ! 4 nATiOnAL TRUST stages its first ever music festival The National Trust is set to host a music festival in the stunning grounds of Gibside, near Gateshead, this August. The Green Phoenix Festival is being organised by a company working with the Trust and their tenant farmer to put on the first ever overnight camping and music festival on Trust land. The festival takes place from Thursday 19th to Sunday 22nd August. Aimed at families, entertainment will come in the form of a cabaret and circus, live music, spoken word, outdoor aerial and fire performances, discussions, debates and demonstrations all with a sustainable and family friendly focus and powered by renewable energy. The Green Phoenix Festival is a fantastic opportunity to celebrate all things green whilst having an amazing experience without travelling hundreds of miles to get to it if you’re based in the North East. It’s a flamboyant family affair in a beautiful historic garden.
