In his first five years Mangino has guided the Monday Jayhawks to three bowl-eligible seasons. During his tenure at KU the Jayhawks played in two bowl games * Big 12 Teleconference - 10 a.m. (2003 and 2005) in a three-year span for the second time in school history (other was 1973-75).
