ROTARY INTERNATIONAL DISTRICT 2080 YOUTH EXCHANGE PROGRAMME ROME, LAZIO CITIES AND THE SEA 2015 Rotary Club Guidonia Montecelio & Rotary Club Terracina Fondi invite young people to the beautiful cities near Rome for an International Cultural Camp 11th July to 25 July 2015 Programme: Culture, history, heritage, sea and fun in, around and beyond Rome. Participants: 8 students………One Girl or One Boy ONLY per country accepted Age 18/22 at the time of the camp Language English Accommodation Host Families. Camp Fee 300 Euro. Acceptance & Payment Students will be accepted provisionally on receipt of a scanned application form on a first come first served basis, allowing for gender balancing. Payment then secures the place and the students will be given details of the preferred method of payment once they have been accepted provisionally. Cancellation: In the case of accepted students with drawing up to 31th May 2015, the fee will be refunded in full. After this date there will be no refund. We therefore recommend that the participants get special cancellation insurance. Additional Costs: Participants are responsible for their return fare to Rome and should bring a reasonable amount of pocket money. Insurance: All participants are responsible for insuring themselves according to the guidelines in Rotary International Code of Policies on Travel insurance for Students, which covers illness, accident, third party damages and personal effects. Details will be sent to successful applicants with their Joining instructions in May. European participants should bring their European Health Insurance Card. Clothes: Casual clothes. TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS Arrival Saturday 11th July 2015 Airport: Rome Fiumicino – Rome Ciampino Train (Eurostar): Rome Termini Station Rotary Club Representatives will ONLY be at Rome Fiumicino airport, Rome Ciampino airport or Rome Termini Station to provide assistance and transportation (arrival and departure).
