Murphy placed 7th in syn- 2014: Canada Cup - 8th, 10M chronized 10-meter with partner Cheyenne Cousineau at the 2013 FINA World FINA World Series (CAN) - 6th, S10M FINA World Series (MEX) - 7th, S10M Championships. FINA World Cup - 15th, 10M 2013: Canada Cup - 13th, 10M; 5th, S10M Recent highlights AT&T USA Diving Grand Prix - 4th, 10M In 2015 World Championships - 7th, S10M Finished fi fth individually on 10-meter at the Pan American Games, where she also 2012: FINA World Junior Championships - 20th, 3M; was fourth in synchronized 10-meter with Delaney Schnell. Won mixed 10-meter 7th, PL; 8th, S3M synchro with Mark Anderson at Synchronized National Championships. Competed 2010: FINA World Junior Championships - 3rd, PL for a 3rd place fi nish in 10-meter synchro with Emma Ivory-Ganja in the Synchro- nized National Championships. National Titles: Senior (6): 10-meter (2013 x2, 2014); Synchronized In 2014 10-meter (2013, 2014); Mixed Synchronized 10-meter Finished 1st on individual 10-meter and 10-meter synchro with Emma Ivory-Ganja (2015) at the AT&T National Championships. The duo went on to take 2nd place in the Junior (2): Platform (2013), Synchronized Platform (2013) same event at Winter Nationals, where Bromberg fi nished 2nd in the 10-meter. Placed 8th on 10-meter at the FINA Canada Grand Prix and 15th on 10-meter at the FINA World Cup. In 2013 Gold medalist on platform at AT&T National Championships, Winter Nationals and Junior Nationals. Finished 7th in 10-meter synchro with Cheyenne Cousineau at the World Championships. Made her senior international debut by competing at the FINA Canada Cup and AT&T USA Diving Grand Prix. Placed 13th on platform and fi fth with Laura Ryan in synchronized platform in Canada. Made her fi rst indi- vidual fi nal with a fourth-place fi nish on 10-meter at the AT&T USA Diving Grand Prix. In 2012 Competed on three events at the FINA World Junior Championships in Australia, fi nishing 7th on platform, 20th on 3-meter and 8th in synchronized 3-meter. Quali- fi ed for junior worlds after fi nishing second on 3-meter and platform and winning synchronized 3-meter at the junior nationals. She placed seventh on platform at the U.S. Olympic Team Trials. Was 14th on platform at the winter nationals and fi nished 16th on platform and third on synchronized platform at the AT&T National Championships. Personal/At a glance Murphy is the daughter of Danny and Karen Bromberg. She has an older sister, Jennie, and a younger brother, David. She began diving at age nine and now trains three to four hours a day, fi ve days a week. She says the most diffi cult part of training is trying to balance diving with school and her social life. She will compete in S10M the 10-meter and synchronized 10-meter with Jessica Parratto. Cozad placed 14th 2014: FINA World Cup - 8th, S10M on 10-meter at the 2013 FINA World Championships. FINA Puerto Rico Grand Prix - 2nd, S10M Recent highlights 2013: FINA World Championships - 14th, 10M In 2015 2012: FINA World Cup - 10th, S10M Cozad and Parratto won the 10-meter synchro at the Synchronized National AT&T USA Diving Grand Prix - 3rd, S10M Championships. They also paired at the FINA Puerto Rico Grand Prix for a 4th 2011: World University Games - 13th, 10M; 4th, place fi nish. Amy competed individually on 10-meter at Puerto Rico and placed S10M Pan American Games - 10th, 10M; 4th, S10M 10th. She comes into the 2015 World Championships with a 1st-place fi nish from World Championship Trials. 2010: AT&T Grand Prix - 6th, S10M In 2014 National Titles: Amy competed with Parratto at Winter Nationals for a 1st-place fi nish in 10-meter Senior (6): Synchronized 10-meter (2010 x2, 2011, synchro and was 3rd individually. She partnered with Katrina Young at the FINA 2012, 2014, 2015) Puerto Rico Grand Prix and FINA World Cup, placing 2nd and 8th, respectively. In 2013 Amy fi nished 14th on 10-meter at the World Championships. She took 2nd place on 10-meter at the AT&T National Championships, where she also competed with Kate Hillman on 3-meter synchro for 8th place and 10-meter synchro for 2nd place. In 2012 Amy just missed a spot on the Olympic Team, fi nishing third on 10-meter at the U.S. Olympic Team Trials. She was second on 10-meter at the AT&T National Championships. Amy paired with Laura Ryan to win the synchronized 10-meter title at the Winter National Championships. the win qualifi ed the duo for the World Cup, where they placed 10th. Cozad and Ryan won bronze in synchro at the AT&T USA Diving Grand Prix. Personal/At a glance Amy is the daughter of Thomas and Donna Cozad and has two siblings, sister Jenny and brother Cayman. She is engaged to Alex Magana. Amy started diving at age 11 and currently trains 4-5 hours a day, 5 days a week. Her favorite dive is the 207C. She likes to eat macaroni and cheese before she competes and likes to go to Outback Steakhouse after meets. After graduating from Indiana University, Amy moved to Tallahassee, Fla., where she she spent the 2013-2014 season as assis- tant diving coach at Florida State University before moving back to Indiana. When she isn’t diving or coaching, Amy enjoys cooking, beach volleyball and going to the movies. And she listens to loud, upbeat music to keep her going between dives.
