London Buses From 0800 until 1600 each day from Monday 21 September until 1600 Friday 25 September 2015 Roadworks affecting Hammersmith Routes 33, 419 and 485 will start and finish at Barnes Lonsdale Road and will not serve Hammersmith. Route 72 will be diverted away from Hammersmith Bridge southbound only. Northbound journeys will run as normal. One in three journeys on route 209 will serve Hammersmith, but will be diverted away from Hammersmith Bridge southbound only. Other journeys on route 209 will start and finish at Barnes Lonsdale Road and will not serve Hammersmith. Route 283 will run between East Acton and Hammersmith.
