WALT DISNEY TRAVEL COMPANY INTERNATIONAL BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS (EFFECTIVE 1 JULY 2018 UPDATED 26th April 2021) Your Booking contract is with The Walt Disney Company Limited trading as Walt Disney Travel Company International (we, our and us) unless otherwise explained to you below. We are registered in England & Wales under Company Registration Number 530051 and our registered office is at 3 Queen Caroline Street, Hammersmith, London W6 9PE. Where we refer to you we are referring to all persons named in your Booking (including anyone who is added or substituted at a later stage). If you book Disneyland Paris hotel accommodation and/or park tickets to the exclusion of transport options purchased from us then we are a retailer of these travel services and the organiser will be Euro Disney Vacances S.A.S. which has its registered office at 1 rue de la Galmy, 77700 Chessy, France (registered with the French Travel and Holiday Companies’ Registry under number IM077100030) (Euro Disney) and subject to Disneyland Paris Booking Terms and Conditions which can be found here. If you have a complaint about any travel service provided by Euro Disney then Disneyland Paris Booking Terms and Conditions apply (see Customer Service – Complaints section in those terms). See section 14 below for more information about how complaints are handled. For all other Bookings (including where you purchase transport options from us to add on to your Disneyland Paris hotel accommodation and/or park tickets) then Walt Disney Travel Company International is the organiser of your holiday and only the Booking Conditions below apply, so please read them carefully before you book with us. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Important information for your holiday or visit in the context of the Covid-19 health crisis: o In accordance with recommendations from health authorities and to ensure your protection and safety, the Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland® Paris have implemented a range of health and safety measures that are detailed at the following addresses respectively: o For Walt Disney World here and for Disneyland® Paris here, for Disney Cruise Line here. You and all members of your party must read carefully the description of such measures; by choosing to proceed with your holiday and visit the Walt Disney World Resort or Disneyland® Paris, you commit to fully comply with all such measures. o Internal rules in force at the Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland® Paris include rules and protocols that specifically relate to the Covid- 19 health crisis. Please read the most recent version that is available on this Website before arriving at the Walt Disney World Resort and on this Website before arriving at Disneyland® Paris and on this website before Disney Cruise Line cruise; failure to observe such rules and protocols may give rise to the application of measures and remedies set out in clause 15 hereinafter. o The Walt Disney World Parks, The Disney® Parks and Disney Cruise Line capacity has been reduced to promote physical distancing measures recommended by health authorities. Any Bookings, recreational opportunities, experiences, shows and events are subject to capacity and availability. To gain entry into a Walt Disney World Theme Park, both a valid ticket and reservation for the same Walt Disney World Theme Park on the same date are required. Before purchasing your Ticket(s) or Package you will be presented with an availability calendar which is for guidance purposes only and may not represent the capacity and availability at the time you reserve your Theme Park attendance (Availability Calendar). After you have purchased your Ticket(s) or Package and have received your booking reference number, you will gain access to the Disney Park Pass reservation system at which point you will be able to reserve your attendance date(s) at your chosen Walt Disney World Theme Park (Disney Park Pass System). You must make a separate reservation for each date you plan to visit, even with a multi-day ticket and each Theme Park you wish to attend. Please note as the Theme Parks are open with limited capacity, reservations are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until valid. We recommend that you make your Walt Disney World Theme Park reservation as soon as available after you purchase your Ticket(s) or Package. In order to make your reservations, you will need a My Disney Experience account and valid Theme Park ticket linked to it. We cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy or otherwise of the Availability Calendar. By purchasing your Ticket(s) or Package you acknowledge and confirm that you fully understand and accept the risk of reservation slots being limited or unavailable in the Disney Park Pass System following your purchase even if in the indicative Availability Calendar such attendance dates previously appeared as available. o Some experiences, shows or events may not be available or may be modified depending on the evolution of the safety and sanitary measures and recommendations from public authorities. We will not be liable for consequences thereof on your holiday or visit. Please visit the Website for the most recent updates for Walt Disney World, on this Website for Disneyland® Paris updates and on this website for Disney Cruise Line updates. o Some government authorities impose travel restrictions or may require you to provide additional documentation or evidence of negative Covid -19 test result to enter a country or to return to the country of departure. Please check any measure that may impact you before making your Bookings. You may do so by visiting the following website: https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice or by contacting public authorities. If you have booked transportation to the World Disney World Resort or Disneyland® Paris, we also recommend that you check available information on the Carrier’s website. The following Special terms apply only to the Walt Disney Travel Company International UK Disney Magic at Sea Sailings Summer 2021 and replace and supersede any conflicting policies in the Disney Cruise Line Booking Terms and Conditions: o Available to UK residents only. UK residents means residents of either England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland. Subject to government approval. Upon reopening, certain onboard venues, experiences and other offerings will be modified or unavailable, will have limited capacity and will be subject to limited availability, advance reservations or even closure. We reserve the right to cancel any reservations or purchases - please review your rights in our Booking Conditions. All sailings depart and return to the same port in the UK without calling in any other ports or locations. Guests must be at least 18 years old to consume alcoholic beverages. o All payments on board will be taken in US dollars and will, therefore, be subject to the conversion rate and any applicable international transaction fees imposed by your bank/card provider. We will be applying a 2% discount to all final bills to account for this. Health and Safety Important Information o In order to sail Guests will be required to meet Health and Safety requirements. Details on Health and Safety requirements available here. 1 o Guests 18 years of age and older must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as defined by the National Health Service. NHS currently defines fully vaccinated as 7 days after the final dose. Disney Cruise Line will contact Guests prior to sailing with instructions on how to show proof of vaccination status. o Guests under 18 years old are NOT required to be vaccinated, but must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test result (paid for by the Guest) taken between 5 days and 24 hours prior to embarkation. Disney Cruise Line has secured a special discounted rate through a third-party vendor for PCR tests and will contact Guests prior to sailing with instructions on how to complete and submit their test results. Guests may obtain their PCR test from the third-party vendor or a qualified testing supplier of their choice. o All guests, including those who have been vaccinated, are also required to undergo an antigen COVID-19 rapid test administered by a third party in the terminal prior to boarding, at Disney’s expense. Anyone testing positive at the terminal will undergo a second test to verify the results. Guests with positive COVID-19 test results and their party will be denied boarding. o Daily temperature checks and health questionnaires will be required for all Guests prior to embarkation and during the cruise. o All Guests ages 11 and older are required to wear a face covering on the ship and at our terminals unless in their stateroom, eating or drinking in a designated seating area or while stationary, swimming or occupying a deck chair. COVID-19 WARNING We have taken enhanced health and safety measures—for you, our other Guests, Cast and Crew Members. You must follow all posted instructions while sailing with Disney Cruise Line. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the UK Government, older adults and Guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By sailing with Disney Cruise Line you agree to follow all health and safety measures implemented by Disney Cruise Line and relevant governments and authorities. Help keep each other healthy.
